Infrastructural development of the new housing area Inneres Imlet Ehrenkirchen / Germany
Housing development Inneres Imlet
Housing development "Inneres Imlet"
DESCPRIPTION OF PROJECT
The building site "Inneres Imlet" in the district Norsingen borders on the existing housing area and is designed for the construction of detached houses and pairs of semi-detached houses. The area is made accessible by a main access road and residential roads.

The drainage of the entire storm water would have resulted in an additional load of the existing storm water sewerage system. Therefore a storm water retention for the peak discharge in form of a tank sewer and a throttle construction were realised. The sewage is disposed via collecting conduits, which are connected with the town's waste water disposal system. The drinking water supply was designed for the development area and is guaranteed through the connection of the conduit system with the existing conduits from the neighbouring housing area.
