Al Wathba wastewater treatment plant DESCPRIPTION OF PROJECT The Project comprises the development, design with detailed engineering, procurement, manufacture, financing, construction, commissioning as well as operation and maintenance of the Wathba Sewage Treatment Plant in Abu Dhabi and Saad Sewage Treatment Plant in Al Ain. PROJECT COMPONENTS AND TECHNICAL DATA Al Wathba WWTP (Abu Dhabi): 300,000 m³/d Al Saad WWTP (Al Ain): 80,000 m³/d Treatment process: conventional activated sludge treatment including tertiary treatment, anaerobic digestion, power generation from biogas and solar sludge drying.
