Reform of the Subsoil Law in Tajikistan
The Republic of Tajikistan planned the reform of the subsoil law and the related regulations. Fichtner Water & Transportation supported the government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the reform of the subsoil law and the required restructuring of the responsible national and regional authorities.
The reform’s objective was to establish an attractive investment climate for foreign investors in the mining sector in Tajikistan.
