Renovation of the Quay Wall of the Bahnhofskanal in Hamburg, Germany

In the Hamburg city district of Harburg, the wasteland located on the eastern Bahnhofskanal, which is independent of tides, will be turned into a public recreation area. For this purpose, it was necessary to renovate the eastern quay wall on the side of the canal. The masonry of the existing heavy-weight wall founded on wood piles was renovated, parts of the wall were anchored with pin piles and the equipment was repaired (friction piles, ladders and barge moorings).
